Leadership capabilities is the foremost important ability for any organization. Metaphors describing the difference between managers/bosses and leaders have existed for ages, but in times of constant disruptive change, adaptiveness to enable sustained success is just not possible, with a leadership culture of self-oriented dominant managers. Leadership is what’s creates and curates the corporate culture – intentional or un-intentional. We strive to use as simple and pragmatic models and methods as possible. One we like and often use is Simon Sinek’s “The Golden Circle”. It creates direction of intention, clarity on how and what to be expected. Then off-course it’s all about the organizations ability to coherently deliver on outspoken or un-outspoken on these promises, aspiration or simple information. Which once again, is a question about leadership.
